His purpose

As I told you earlier that Good Friday is the Apocalypse, let me tell you now what the Resurrection is. Let me tell you what Easter is. Now, because there is no way that the police can lie, I know the government of the world continues without fail. I can still drive around expecting to be pulled over by someone honest. I can still CALL the police to a crime scene and expect the cop to NOT lazily blame ME for the crime... which would save him and his a whole lot of work. Because the cops are honest I can expect to provide evidence for safekeeping, knowing that said evidence will not be copied or replaced or doctored. Strange word that one right, doctored. It's strange but when something is doctored it means it was LIED about. It's not so strange to me, though.
Ok sidetracked, so we take ourselves back to a time when Jesus knows he is going to die and the Jews are set on capturing him and Judas tries to soothe Jesus about his "worries" that people will betray him. Jesus is a genius you see. Because he had no father, because his mother kept secret who his true father was, for some time perhaps, because his father Joseph was caring for him ALL THOSE YEARS, and he wasn't even his father, Jesus was able to understand love in a totally different way than everyone else. He understood it without being addicted to it. It was like a half-love where he feels it but at the same time, it doesn't feel unconditional. It was like being MEG from Family Guy. Yep, she's gonna be Jesus folks, just wait.
So soon after people start to "love" him but really only like him because he is good-looking and because he has these amazing skills and intellect and maybe large size, he realizes that people "worship" him. It's not love but it's "worship". So at that point he dives into religion wondering what his purpose will be.
"Son, you are here for a reason." his father tells him perhaps, which is the same thing the pseudo-father tells Clark in Superman. It's probably not very far fetched to wonder if the creator of Superman was thinking of Jesus as he divined it's creation. So Jesus in his half-baked theory of the old testament realizes that what the Bible teaches is that humanity has "Exoduses" or battles and he begins to predict the next great battle, and this one will involve him because he has some grasp that we all have FATE, but also have free will, and that only men can determine your fate, if you don't have the strength to determine it for yourself. He realizes... that God is the people... and that he must change the people.
This is easier than it looks since people are naturally good-willed. At least they are naturally good-willed if they have enough to eat for them and their children. In fact, that's why rich people get often get away with being rich. Their children need college, they need healthcare, they got a crippled leg, rest assured if you see a crippled child somewhere, evil parents are somewhere nearby like in Iron Man 3 where the VP betrays the whole country.
Or if you need another fantastic movie to watch, watch Nicholas Cage in Bad Lieutenant. He gets told by his "doctored" doctor that he will now have backpain forever and suddenly this hole of pain, this singularity, makes him become INCREDIBLY evil, but funny too and successful, yes, but we at least can all see how ridiculously LUCKY he gets too.
Necromancers man, I tell ya. Find one and you've probably saved 100 lives.
Ok so back to Jesus. Here he goes again right? He is now off to be good-looking in public probably reading straight out of the Bible verses that he has memorized and understanding things in the way only a shepherd can.
Remember that there are only three kinds of people: shepherds wolves and sheep.
Wolves are like zombies are like vampires are like bears are like tigers are like whatever you wanna call them but the most common and defining characteristic about all of those is that they attack first... and that they like it... and that they can't help themselves perhaps because they are addicted. Ok so that's three so maybe I can't count.
The difference between shepherds and sheep is that the shepherds have more attack strength than sheep. They might even be the same animal as wolves but because they are not wild, they can stop themselves. They are weaker because they only attack to defend but this could just mean more stored up energy. Now this next part is the turning point for most people in their lives, especially Christians, because they get corralled by their preacher into believing that there is no evil out there or that everyone deserves a chance or like Patch Adams that we should rid ourselves of fear... right up until someone violent sneaks in and re-awakens you to it.
Do you remember Eden? You should. Eden is that place that "state of mind" that existed before Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of Knowledge. You see once you know evil exists, you can't go back into Eden. You can never forget what you know. You can never forget the knowledge. That's why trusting people, like Patch Adams taught, is fraught with danger because they might tell you things and you might think "it's ok they're nice" but later on you might wonder why these nice people are destroying your property and why you can't call the police, which is because this secret, this "trust" is now something that binds you both to hell or at least out of Eden.
So you see, the only sheep are the people that don't know there is evil and it's a beautiful thing to see someone like this. You could call them unicorns because people good and half-bad want to be around them like they want to be around children, because it reminds them of a time when they didn't know of evil.
But make no mistake, once you KNOW about evil, about malevolence and addiction, you are either a shepherd or a wolf, you can never choose to be sheep again(like I am doing) and most wolves and other shepherds will instantly recognize you and wonder which side or "how strong" you are because if you are unnaturally strong... you're a wolf.
Oh right, Jesus, heh heh, penal code. Well, Jesus' code was to get to the cross someday, not because he "gave up" and "boo hoo, whoa is me, the stresses of life" but because he believed in his Destiny. Maybe he was like Rico from Starship Troopers, where Ratchek tells him "you're it until you're dead or I find someone better". Maybe people need a Jesus and we might as well have one than not have one. Or maybe people worshipped him too much and now he was addicted to it. If so, I can see that. (Jesus!! Stop! No! You doing TOO MUCH Karaoke!) But moreover he probably didn't expect betrayal. He expected society to come apart slowly and yet if times were wild back then, it might have been a common thing to get crucified... I dunno.
Ok so to end this let's fast forward to the day of the cross. Remember? He is asking the people to worship him again. They refuse. He cries out for justice. It doesn't come. He serves himself up perhaps a virgin himself, as sacrifice to appease the hunger of an angry God that didn't appreciate Jesus stirring up the people to rebel against the Roman army.
What happens next? His body gets robbed. Yep. Because just as he was arrested for no reason, so would his existence now be lied about. Do you see it now? Government lies to the people = people lie to the government. And what's even more conspicuous is the nature of the government. As they become more corrupt, more people offer themselves as sacrifices. And as more people FUEL the hunger of the people not in government, the government becomes more disgusted with the "criminals" that continue to LIE to them.
So there you go. Are you happy now? You now know good and evil. You can never be sheep again. You can either join the government and heal them from their lying or you can start to lie TO the government and fast-forward the apocalypse.
In retrospect I wonder at it, whether if it is even possible to slow the apocalypse or even to do it right the next time. People are so lazy, I know because I am exceedingly lazy. It takes me back to the movie Serenity. I used to believe that if I could hide myself in FFXI, and if I could get everyone to hide themselves there, we could end crime. Black people, illegal aliens, drug-dealers, criminals ALL people could just sit down, do these few quests and be contented for the day and then be free to sleep eat play FFXI repeat and essentially do nothing with their lives until we started to limit population growth and maybe clean the planet. But it's futile. The more PAX people have, the more they "come to Jesus" and turn the other cheek, the more they drown out their sorrows at the bar or with psychotropic drugs... the more peaceful they become, the more REAVERS appear.
That's all there is in this world is masters and slaves. It's best we get used to it. It's Binary or some version of it. So what is God's purpose you wonder. Well, that depends on the people... and what do the people think? Well that depends on the preacher that feeds them, it depends on their master, and hopefully, this master... has had some training.
PS. OMG my taxes!!!
