Thanks for having me

BLM WHM SMN SCH THF RNG BRD MNK WAR DRK PLD > 99

Yesterday my life was threatened.  This was not the first time either.

The guy online named Jirachi started to talk about his wounded cat.  You see he OWNS his cat.  And he starts to talk about how he has liver damage and that it's probably better if he just puts him down.

As soon as he starts talking about DEATH I realize he is a criminal.   He is trying to justify treating others as inferior and he has no problem showing off just how VIOLENT he might choose to be.

But the reason I knew he was talking about putting ME down, since I also have liver problems and probably gross everyone who sees me like he says he feels about his own cat, is because this "death spell" was done to me before by another person.

It was near my sister's house.  Yes, my own sister.  You see there is NO way my sister would threaten my life but her husband... not so much.  Still after years of supporting him, a tattooed, two-timing, liar, that sings in a band that mostly insults each other onstage, I would find it HARD to believe he would threaten my well-being.   But one day I go off to their next-door neighbor's house.  They had been to my sister's house many times and I got to know them pretty good so I felt no problem visiting their house for a change.  About an hour later the husband gets home and we start talking and all seems average to good.  When it gets time to go I say these words that always hit a nerve for me now...

"thanks for having me".  I say to him.
"I didn't invite you." He responds.

Then it hits me that these guys own a cemetary... a CEMETARY.

But that's my nickname right?  Uninvited.  Still it was hard to figure out if I should be offended or exactly where that comment came from.  But it sticks in my head when someone says "thanks for having me" that someone is about to be STABBED with a betrayal.

Still later, one day, we go off to visit, his OTHER friends down the street.  They ALSO have a $200,000 ridiculous house and are about 30 years old maybe and I am wondering HOW but meh they probably are ok.  The guy is this tattooed guy, almost shaven head like half my size and he seems friendly enough with his wife around but after a while I decide to step outside for a cigarette and then he sits down next to me and starts talking about a wild dog out in the neighborhood.  "He's been here, he's been there,

...we might have to put him down." he says with a smile.

Dark history

BLM WHM SMN SCH THF RNG BRD MNK WAR DRK PLD > 99

Long ago I was going to become a lawyer.  I had studied Pre-Med, then switched to Math and then I was going to be an Industrial Engineer.  I was all set to transfer to LSU but a thing happened that I didn't expect.  I got a serious girlfriend who wanted sex and then when I didn't make a move, moved on to someone else and had sex with him and everyone knew about it.

That's when I decided to leave school. It was my Junior year, I was almost done.

Much later, I started up again and since Industrial Engineering was not available, I took up business in general.  I started with accounting, then learned what that was about and then did some Finance and some Economics and finally settled on Finance because it had the most to do with doing actual math.Nevertheless, I still had a triple major mapped out on my schedule and JU is one of those school=private, where you can count on courses being there YEARS ahead of time.

After school I planned to become a lawyer but somewhere in my second to last term before graduating with a triple major, my best friend was seriously assaulted and was thrown into a coma.

They never "found" the criminal.

Somehow I finished but I was much less driven than I was and got almost flushed out as a Finance major after taking MANY more courses than I needed.  It's almost like I didn't want to finish really.

But I did, and after a while I relegated to my father my burden of going to law school.  I told him that he should become a bosun and he was challenged but not unhappy at the idea.

He had been going on ships for 20 years or so at that point.  He started before I was born.  The first job was as a longshoreman, then joined a union and became an ordinary seaman(OS) and then after doing some studying he was able to register as an able-bodied seaman(AB).

And he did that for ~20 years.

The way the union ran, you had to register your membership card and then they would date it.  When jobs came up for OS or AB, only those people registered for those jobs could "bid" for the job.  To win the bid, you had to have the oldest registration.  After three months however, you fell out and had to re-date your card which would make your card the weakest of the "bids" if you threw your card for a job.

So it was a good system.  People that didn't go into the union hall very often or languished at the bar too much, usually fell out and others that were there... oh and by the way they did bids usually around 3 or 4 times a day and they had a big board where all the jobs were lined up on the x-axis and the shipping companies were lined up on the y-axis.  And if there was a job then a "1" would be put there in a little box that intersected the jobs with the companies.  A ship could need as much as 6 AB I think and 10 OS if I remember, but most of the time you would just get a 1 and rarely a 2. Ok, so if you were there every day, like my dad, you maximized your chances at getting a job.   More importantly, you learned how many of the jobs were designed, and what opportunities there were, from the other members.

Now on a ship, on a merchant ship, there are several positions available and this is how they go.  The captain, then the chief mate or 1st mate(often just called the chief mate), the second mate, the third mate, and then the bosun(boatswain I seen it called).  All of these jobs have only 1 position available per ship, maybe a couple of third mates maybe.  The officers all register at a different union from the regular help.

All except the bosun.

He is usually the guy in charge of all the regular men.  It's a very rare opportunity to see a bosun job and since people with bosun registration cards and training have first dibs on those jobs, it's moot to even think about posting for those jobs.  Still, one time there were NO bosuns AND my father had the best date of the men willing to bid for the job.

OH BOY, were we set as a family.  He was making MUCH more money and he was TRULY happy doing his job.  And after years of being a peon, finally he was in charge and was able to pull it off.  He was happy so much so, that he started to hold off throwing for jobs on the off chance he could go as bosun again.  I think he was only able to do it one other time but still, it got his mind to working.

To become a bosun, he had to go to bosun school in the northeast, in Boston maybe.  And to do that he had to be recommended by someone in an office somewhere.  He sent off his application and YEARS went by and they never called him to go to school.  I kept asking him about it and it just never happened.

To me it was exciting to have a father that was in charge and I was already proud but that would have made me feel even better.  I often suggested to him about going on ships but he was always against it citing the problems he had with leaving my mother alone for all those years while he was on the ship.

If we only knew I would spend 20 YEARS unmarried and alone.

Fast forward to my time in college and I explained to him that we would make a deal, if he went to bosun school, I would become a lawyer.  He had been telling me since I was little to become a lawyer and frankly I always thought being a lawyer was really not very hard at all compared to math or business but meh I started to yearn for the title and for an advanced degree of some sort.

Besides in the game of LIFE, which we played when I was little, if you didn't become a lawyer or doctor, you kind of ended up a philosopher so...

Ok, so he was all set.  He called up the people at the head office.  Called them again.  Called some more and finally spoke to someone in charge and when they said he would have to wait, he insulted the crap out of him and claimed prejudice to which the guy said these words...

"Do you know who I am?"

My father didn't care and didn't know, so he slammed the phone down and never called them again.  He accepted the fact that he would not be a Bosun in this lifetime and since it wasn't going to happen anyways, he might as well get his licks in to whoever was in charge that let this happen.

Some time later, my father had an "accident" on the ship.  He was towing the line between the ship and the shore and suddenly the ship moved and it cracked his hip.  He ws using his whole body to pull on a rope and for some reason a sudden jerk caused his hip to fracture.  They set up a bunch of tests and found nothing and some time later he was finally able to prove it was the shipping company's fault so they gave him a settlement for his lost time which amounted to years of not being able to work.  But that says nothing of his time spent in agony.  He kept trying to work with his injury for a time and it kept getting worse as his bones were already fractured at this point.  All I remember thinking was HOW could this happen?

But after seeking resolution and visiting several different doctors, and having an operation to replace his hip, he was told he would never work again.  It was like a death sentence to my father who was the very ICON of adventure and happiness and responsibility.

Some weeks after learning this... a letter... he was accepted to the Bosun school.

De Facto owned

BLM WHM SMN SCH THF RNG BRD MNK WAR DRK PLD > 99

I just found an old letter written by Thomas Jefferson that describes his view of government.  He stated that it resides in three forms:

1. No government, like the Indians
2. A government of equals, which has problems
3. A government of force, utilized by monarchs

So it's like I have said before that a government with NO congress action is the most ideal.  It has few new laws, people are treated with equality in mind, it has the most problems of ALL the governments.  So it's like a natural progression to gravitate towards the government of force, am I right? I mean when an issue is covered by a law, it's easier to just "loophole" your way around it but when the law is governed by a person or a regulatory body or a "czar" as Obama's opponents would call them, you can't really skip around the law's intent too much.  This is why I believe we are still in a good phase of our eventual degeneration into one of the other two forms of government.

Now the only way to stop that deterioration is to have EVERYONE know how this works so that they vote the right way over and over again in the years to come without letting another PATRIOT ACT come into being that is NEVER going to be repealed that changes the "essence" of government into a FORCED governance or a CHAOTIC governance.

We aren't afraid of the Patriot Act yet because it hasn't killed anyone we know yet but it should be obvious to all intellectuals that it is a function of a government of FORCE.  It needs to go away and all aspects of the Iraq war need to revert to pre-war levels.

But that ain't gonna happen.

At the same time, the rest of the world are catching up to our politics.  Globalization is occurring.  They are paying attention to what we do now.  They know Republicans mean more money and more business and more death for everyone but mostly that this will affect the poor.  They know that Democrats have no stomach for war and that the opportunity there is to secure their OWN places in power through wars that will not be challenged.  And as they begin to figure out that all the leftover money from their drugs or hacking or oppression of what have you, can be used to BETTER the condition for them and theirs (aka worse for poor people), you can bet that NEW money will find it's way into our political system just like France found a way to fund our revolutionaries.

And because dogging the poor is so popular worldwide, it's no surprise that the borders of all countries are starting to look less and less like serious matters.  In fact, in the game Civilization: Revolution, the world would be already won.  All the money is controlled by people here in America and the rest of the world depends on OUR money, borders notwithstanding.  Any time we want something, it's time to remind those countries how much they OWE us much like a drug kingpin would do in a city he "owns" de facto because all he has to do is pull away money people depend on to get what he wants.

And yet, despite the reality of DE FACTO OWNERSHIP, I believe our government is working fine.

Jefferson said that rebellion as compared to the oppression of monarchy becomes nothing.

Here goes a quote from the letter of Jefferson to Madison from Paris:

"I hold that a little rebellion now and then is a good thing & as necessary to the political world as storms in the physical. Unsuccessful rebellions indeed generally establish the encroachments on the rights of the people which have produced them. An observation of this truth should render honest republican governors so mild in their punishment of rebellions, as not to discourage them too much. It is a medicine necessary for the sound health of government..."

As you might guess, this is what happened in Ferguson and other places that were requesting a higher minimum wage.  It is in these protests that we must remember where we came from.  From a people that were oppressed.  We are not capitalists(invisible hand), or opportunists, or godless, as so many well-heeled politicians would have you believe is our raison d'etre.  No. We are a people FORMERLY oppressed by a king.  Everything we do should circle the drain of that one thought, so that we don't return to that again.

He kind of got it wrong though with the Indians though didn't he?  Are you quoting me the words of an idiot you say?  Well, Indians weren't really from India were they?  They weren't a people of no government either?  And having no government isn't really an option, is it?  You can have light government but not NO government.

But let's examine the Indians for a while... oops I meant to say native Americans.

By the way the Redskins have agreed to be called the Blackskins... why?  No reason.  Stupidity.  Money maybe.

So the Indians used to run around with their teepees and their squaws and their little braves all in tow while they hunted buffalo(have you not SEEN Dances with Wolves?) And always they kept their motions to themselves and were always adept at sensing other tribes and danger while stoically believing in the buffalo herd.

This part is what reminds me of ISIL.  You see that form of government IS superior.  Everyone is set to run, the waste products of the tribe are appropriately discarded on land they won't see for a while which fertilizes the land that eventually the buffalo will come to feed on which bring the tribe back to hunt them again. Full circle.  I can't say ISIL would do this but a roaming war party is superior to castles that grow old with decay and plague.

This is what global warming is all about.  Decay.  We are producing a BUNCH of CO2 and not just us now but more of the world is doing it and soon the whole planet will be like a castle filled with waste, with not enough plants to chew away at the CO2 that takes up the space of the O2 we need to survive and which as a side effect, makes the world warmer.

ISIL has it right.  We should all join war parties and start killing off the "extra" people that like to drive cars that don't deserve to live.  (Can I get a talk show now? Being the jerk, makes me IN right? Can I be on Meet the Press?)  OR, we could just kill ISIL after they grow to EPIC proportions so we can start a World War and we can solve our problem with cars and population that way.

Of course, there cannot be ANY nukes in this world war, (memo to me: remind them NOT to use nukes) it should be plain as day to anyone that has watched that nuke documentary of the Bikini Islands that nukes destroy atmosphere.  It's my opinion but just LOOK at it!  The reason they CAN'T make nukes any bigger they said is because simply MORE atmosphere would be blown away, not any more area.

See?  They reached perfection in nuking, they "arted" it, they reached middle.

EVEN NOW, those islands have unlivable radiation from a bomb blasted 50 years ago... yeah... BE AFRAID.

So before we go off as Americans and join ISIL for the greater good, which btw HOW can you be an American and feel bad for Mexicans that can't be citizens ... and then go off and join ISIL?  How dense can you BE?

Boggles the mind.

Before we go off and join ISIL we need to remember that World War just means nukes, and what's worse is NUKES in the hands of STUPID people.  People that don't even know what they are doing and probably don't care since at some point all politicians become Hitler.  They become bubbled or controlled by the "crowd immunity" which doesn't let them see past their political cause.

Ok, there's like a thesis in there for someone, you're welcome, and one last thing.  In a NO government society, like the Indians(screw it, they're Indians), there comes a time when the whole tribe has to wait on the sick people.  "I would LOVE to join you but let me just get over this cold and I will be right there, so what if the WHOLE TRIBE can't eat."   You know what I'm going to say next don't you?  That's right, time for the witch doctor.

~I heard the witch doctor he was in love with me.  I heard the witch doctor he was in love with you.  Aw man the witch doctor he told me what to do...

He said that "OO EE OO AH AH TING TANG WALLA WALLA BING BANG!"

Never underestimate the power of the witch doctor, or of the NECROMANCER, to proclaim you healed or dead as society needs you to be.  There is such a thing as NO government and in that government, like OURS is in danger of becoming, the doctors rule.

And when they rule, things are ALSO unequal.

PS. This is a picture of me "under the sea". Am I owned?  Possibly. Check out the song Home by the Sea by Phil Collins and you will get more of what I mean. I don't like using the word stupid, but in Phantasy Star Online, there was this one quest you couldn't finish unless you convinced this guy to stop buying weapons... and the only way to do that was to correctly choose the phrase to convince him, and I was SURE it wasn't by calling him stupid or a fool but turns out... THAT was the only way to convince him, so when I am sure of something, I will rarely use those words not as insults but as insults w/benign purpose.  I don't insult people or better I say, I don't take pleasure in doing others harm.

Perfection is here

BLM WHM SMN SCH THF RNG BRD MNK WAR DRK PLD > 99

Perfection is fleeting they say but I'd rather think that this is not so.  One example I keep going back to is the cooking of hamburgers.  After working for 3 years at McDonald's, some of it as manager, I had a FULL STORE of knowledge about how doing a good job was accomplished.  Indeed I took a bunch of this knowledge with me to the Census Bureau and then to Citibank.

In most things, there is a set way to accomplish your goals.  For example in cooking, you take your 0.1 pound patty and cook it for 20 seconds and then season it with salt and pepper, then flip it and then cook it for 40 seconds more.  It's perfection right?  I mean millions of customers were served doing it this way, and where it says to do this is in the book.

Every McDonald's has a book.  A huge book that states rules for doing everything there is to do in the store.  And the beauty of it is it all has been tested or done before right?  I mean if you opened up a hamburger shop tomorrow and had to write your own rules, you might stick to 0.25 pound burgers and maybe flip them after a minute and then cook them for another minute cuz that seems right and you might be undercooking meat that could allow food poisoning but that's ok cuz you might not get that many people that would COMPLAIN about it.

Meat is a very BIG deal in restaurants.  Any errors with meat usually cost the restaurants a manager if not the store.  Health inspectors are unforgiving and frankly most PEOPLE are unforgiving when it comes to their food.  I had a manager friend of mine lose his job because his meat wasn't right, something I heard about after I left there, and I said to myself NO WAY did that guy have his meat wrong.  That guy was super-focused in a way I wasn't.  He was married, 2nd in command, liked to yell(which to me shows you care), and he was in great shape.  I thought he really had it together so for me to hear he lost his job just sounded like someone set him up to fall.  Later I heard he got a job at AOL as customer service so it gave me "some" peace that at least the world, or God, looks out for the good people.

Anyways way back there I was going to introduce perfection.  Perfection is what we have already.  We have things to do, ways to do them, and a place to throw out the waste.  A well-oiled machine I like to call it.  That's perfection.  Sanity.

I was also taught how to make biscuits at McDonald's.  I probably have mentioned this before but if you are taught to make biscuits, it usually means either you are going to be promoted or that you have been there a VERY LONG time and noone expects to promote you anytime soon, because it takes a very long time to learn how to make biscuits from scratch.  One of the steps involves rolling the dough and then putting it in the oven and if it doesn't come out right, all of it is wasted, and it takes like an hour and a half to check to see if you did it right.  One of the difficult things about the dough after kneeding it just right is the rolling procedure.  You have to roll the dough 3 times.  Don't ask me why but if you roll it 2 times, biscuits are wasted and if you roll it 4 times the biscuits are wasted, so you have to kind of "art" the biscuits or the dough so that the biscuits come out just right.  I would have to say I made the BEST biscuits in the business after I got good at it.  Heh.

One problem I would often have is that my biscuits would come out LARGE.  Normally the leftover dough is rolled into a snake and placed next to the 20 biscuits but on my pans there would be usually a tiny snake or I might even be short a biscuit that I just could use as a real biscuit.

Quality costs.

Art is like that.  I am quite the artist as far as sketching goes and one thing that becomes clear when you go from pencil to ink is the amount of care that goes into it.  With lead you can just scribble scribble and erase and then scribble some more until a good image starts to appear, but with ink all of that is much more difficult.  My subconscious is a terrible thing.  I could be close to finishing and smack it will make me LINE across the piece just once just to ruin it all and ENJOY the go, as it were.  So when you "art" something, you have to understand that you are right at that phase of drawing where if you enhance the picture too much more, it might be ruined so it's better to quit.

Same thing goes for women.  I hate to talk about women like they are things but they really do ACT like things sometimes.  They're very unforgiving.  If you are unforgiving and you are a man, then the truth is you are MORE like a woman.  Men negotiate.  Men are civilized and principled.  Men can take emotion out of it.  If you want to be a better human being and you are a woman, you should want to be LESS emotional and more center.  I don't mean be intellectual because you might ruin my sex drive, lol.  I thought Anna Kendrick was hot recently looking at her picture without recognizing her but once I did, all that intellectual, "by your command" cylon monotone voice of hers made me do was imagine how interesting the conversation would be, which with her being like half my age probably means I would do most of the talking which I don't like to do too much.  I like to listen.

Women, don't ruin your sexiness until AFTER the first couple of nights if you know what's good for you.  And by the way, the only thing I hear when I hear feminism is DIVIDE, same things goes for when I hear black people or immigrants, it might seem like groups of people are allowing DIVIDE but really it's just criminals.

POINT to them and say THAT GUY!

Ok so way back there I was going to bring up perfection.  You have it or achieve it somewhere halfway through.  In our war with Iraq or with Russia, our goal won't be to have a discussion or to eradicate ISIL, it will be to convert them into forms of people that will be willing to co-exist with us.  I don't believe that they become rejects that must be killed but they DO become untenable things that won't listen because they have let their emotions get the better of them, like Hitler did.  I don't believe Hitler was an evil man, he became evil/emotional/like a woman when he allowed his party to drive him to us/them his people.  He lost control.  It happens to all leaders.  It happens to women.  If you are willing to do what I say, says the emotional woman, then why not send you to "handle" all sorts of things, now that I don't have to feel bad about it?

Bad dog.  Bitch.  That's a man that can't handle his people and by the way that's easier to say when you don't have any people to worry about like me.  Would I get emotional about my people?  Good question.  Each man will have to decide this one day if he has children.  I wish him luck.

So our goal there should be first to cut off funding by flying planes to cut off supplies to the groups, then check and post where this equipment is coming from, then try to not to look shocked when it "turns out" to be Russia or Israel or UAE or even our own CIA which happen to be 4 out of only 10 or so possible places legitimate money comes from that would find its way into terrorists' hands.

Again, 50/50.  It could be your neighbor polluting the water and you might think NOT HIM but it's just that easy.  In fact I would expect all things to flow from DC and other cities to the hands of gangs and terrorists.  You need legitimate sources of income and those sources must consist of good people because they don't betray each other.  And those good people could be anyone, but the people they could NOT be are the people that are out there fighting or that are unorganized or militant.  Sources of money always come from one or two EMBEDDED people and once those are plucked out or at least censured, the entire mass of terrorism or criminal activity begins to weaken.  Then you either see progress or you begin to see leaders get unreasonable which means the war will soon be over.

So perfection is not something to aspire to.  It's here, it's present, it's peace, it's a well-oiled machine.  If you NEED to have more money or a higher promotion because you are just not busy enough, have a child.  Trust me when I say that everything missing will be filled up when you have kids to care for.  And the money thing, well just expect to hand over your paycheck to your girlfriend like I used to do.

PS. Yes I know I'm a financial wizard but the creative one doesn't pay the bills, the horse pays the bills... and sometimes the horse rides the jockey by the way... and no not doggie-style, thanks for asking!
